1. Can you manufacture products according to our drawings?
Yes, we can. Manufacturing according to customers’ drawings is a part of our core business.
2. What is your delivery time?
It depends on requested product. Standard products, which we manufacture or trade and keep in stock, can usually be send the very same day. Delivery time for a customized product depends on its complexity and material.
3. Where are your products manufactured?
Either in our own plants, in Sweden, Germany or Poland. Or at our selected suppliers in Finland, China, Japan, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Italy.
4. Can you manufacture gears in different materials?
Yes, we manufacture gears in every requested material.
5. Do you carry bevel gears?
Yes we carry bevel gears, type Gleason.
6. I need to order chains but I am not sure which type I need. Can you help me?
Of course. We can determine whether it is a roller chain, a conveyor chain, a chain for sawmills or a lifting chain, if you give us the following measurements:
Pitch
Roller diameter
Inner width
7. I need to order sprockets but I am not sure which type we use. Can you help me?
Yes, by the chain indication. If you do not have the chain indication we can determine which sprocket you use by the measurements of your chain (pitch, roller diameter, inner width).
8. What material are your timing belts and v-belts made of?
Our timing belts and v-belts are made of polyurethane or neoprene (rubber).
9. Can you visit us to help us decide what type of transmission components are best suited for our machines.
Yes, we’ll be glad to! Cooperation is one of our core values. The solutions that we develop together with our customers are usually the best. Please contact us to set a date.
10. Can you provide measuring protocols for the sprockets that you deliver?
Yes, we can always provide measuring protocols for sprockets delivered from NTT Group. And also for gears, timing belt pulleys, racks and other products. If you wish measuring protocols – please notify us when placing your order.
11. Can you provide material certificates for racks?
Yes, we can provide material certificates for racks and other products. If you wish material certificates – please notify us when placing your order.
12. Can you supply hardened gears and sprockets?
Yes, almost all our gears and sprockets can be supplied in hardened execution.
13. Can you provide a certificate of hardeing/curing for gears and racks?
Yes we can, if you notify us when placing your order.
14. Can you supply gears and sprockets in a short time?
We always try to meet our customers‘ delivery requirements. If you need a standard product: Most likely the product is in stock and can be sent shorty. If you need a customized product, to be manufactured according to your own drawing: Usually we manage to deliver in a short time, since we manufacture in our own plants and thus can be flexible with quick changeovers. If the customer is short of time we usually offer partial delivery – maybe some of the requested items are due later on?
15. What are your terms of payment?
Usually 30 days.
16. I am not satisfied with products delivered – what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by using this form.
